IET Discover

The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) has launched a social bookmarking site.

IET Discover is described as a user-created information sharing and networking service for anyone interested in engineering, technology and science. Use is free and is not just limited to IET members.

This social bookmarking service enables users to manage their online references, link to interesting articles, and join collaborative groups.

Simon Thomson, IET Inspec director, said, 'IET Discover is an innovative new tool, which enables those in the  engineering and technology community to find, share and collect information, expertise and intelligence. It is unlike other services as its content has been selected recorded and ranked by those in the know; the members of the global, science and technology community.'
