SwetsWise Community is a new collaboration service for SwetsWise customers that allows them to share best practices for the usage of SwetsWise functionalities with each other.

SwetsWise Community has Wiki software at its heart, which means that it can provide a collaborative environment for users to exchange their views and knowledge of various SwetsWise services. The edit functions available in the Wiki software allow SwetsWise users to update, expand and refine the information within the help pages. It also helps less experienced or new SwetsWise customers to familiarise themselves with the extended functionality.

SwetsWise Community is now online and customers can log into the system with their existing SwetsWise ID. Much is planned for the continuing expansion of SwetsWise Community, says the company. Interactive forums and other new features are expected to be added in the coming months.
