Social-science textbooks in Japanese

Share this on social media:

SAGE has announced a partnership with local Japanese publisher Shinyosha to co-publish social science textbooks in the Japanese language. With the increasing growth and demand for social science texts in Japan, this partnership should help support students with better access to key research material by providing it in the local language.

Starting with undergraduate and postgraduate texts in the field of research methods, in particular the SAGE Qualitative Research Kit, the partnership expects to also work on texts within the wider social science disciplines. In addition to traditional print translations, SAGE and Shinyosha hope also to work together on investigations into developments over time for the e-book market.
