Research and Politics

From Spring 2014 SAGE will publish the open-access journal, Research & Politics (R&P).  The journal accepts papers from political science, public policy, public administration, international relations and other related fields. It aims to provide a venue for scholars to communicate rapidly and succinctly important new research findings. R&P is an online-only journal that publishes ‘short, accessible articles of no more than 4,000 words’.

The publisher says that all papers are published simultaneously with technical research reports and appendices, with an emphasis on the highest standards of research ethos and, where applicable, replicability.

R&P will be open for submissions from late September 2013, with the first articles being published in early 2014.
