Overlap Analysis reporting

EBSCO A-to-Z has released new enhancements to Overlap Analysis reporting. This tool, which is offered exclusively on EBSCO’s A-to-Z platform, allows librarians to compare coverage overlap in library e-collections.

A-to-Z’s enhanced Overlap Analysis reporting is said to eliminate guesswork and means that library collections can be compared simply and clearly on one page with the option. There is also the option to export directly into Microsoft Excel. The tool also allows librarians to filter reports by coverage dates to focus the analysis on the all-important current content and view ‘Years of Unique Coverage’ on the title-details drill-down report, allowing librarians to see at a glance what titles in which packages offer the most unique coverage.
