Interactive, internet-based service

Minesoft and Tempus IP have announced an internet-based full service co-operation. Tempus IP will deliver patent file histories (also known as ‘file wrappers’), non-patent literature cited in patent documents and a wide range of certified IP documents from the USPTO and international patent offices around the world.

The interactive Tempus IP website developed by Minesoft is said to allow clients to place and track orders 24 hours a day. Experienced advisors are available by telephone, email or fax to assist clients at all stages. The companies claim to offer a flexible, easy-to-use intellectual property document ordering service that can be used by corporations to locate and deliver a wide range of IP documents in the patent, trademark and copyright sectors.
