Oxford University Press (OUP) will publish the ICSID Review—Foreign Investment Law Journal from 2012. OUP will also provide access to the journal’s full archive.
The ICSID Review is devoted to foreign investment law and international investment dispute settlement. It includes articles, case comments, documents, and book reviews on the law and practice relating to foreign investments as well as the procedural and substantive law governing investment dispute resolution. ICSID Review was previously available in print only.
