Higher education mathematics and statistics titles

Wiley has acquired a list of higher education mathematics and statistics titles from Key College Publishing, the higher education division of California-based Key Curriculum Press. Key Curriculum Press publishes inquiry-based textbooks, software and supplemental materials for elementary, middle and high school students.
The acquisition brings 27 new mathematics and statistics titles to Wiley. The titles are expected to strengthen Wiley's current mathematics list, growing its offerings in the topics of introductory statistics, liberal arts math, and calculus.
This sale is said to allow Key Curriculum Press to concentrate on the K-12 market, particularly on the growing use of technology in the classroom.
