Emerald has launched a web-based bookstore. Emerald Bookstore allows visitors to browse through over 2,000 books by subject area and to order securely online.
This news follows the company's recent move into book publishing. In addition to its core portfolio of management titles, Emerald also has books in other areas such as language and linguistics, sociology and psychology.
'Bookstore has provided the solution we need to develop and promote our book portfolio in all subject areas,' said Cathy Mostyn, director of books and book series at Emerald. 'Bookstore is a step further in book publishing, extending the scope of our publishing avenues and complementing our existing journal portfolio and online products and services.'
