MetaPress is partnering with Woodhead Publishing, a UK-based independent, international, scientific and technical publishing company.
MetaPress will develop and host a multitiered e-book platform for Woodhead Publishing to be completed before July 2009. The new platform will consist of a primary site and several subject-specific sites.
Woodhead Publishing has e-book publications in: food science, technology and nutrition; materials technology; welding and metallurgy; mechanical and civil engineering; textile technology; environmental technology; and finance, commodities and investment.
