Cell Host & Microbe

Cell Press is launching a new journal that will focus on the interactions between microbes and their hosts. Cell Host & Microbe, which is slated to launch in March 2007, is expected to stimulate the exchange of ideas and concepts between scientists studying the microbe and those studying host responses upon microbial invasion.

Cell Host & Microbe will highlight novel findings related to microbes, with particular emphasis on the interface between the microbe and its host. In addition to primary research manuscripts, the journal will include expert analysis, commentary, and reviews covering topics of current interest in the field.
