Asian Journal of Law and Society

From 2014 Cambridge University Press and KoGuan Law School at Shanghai Jiao Tong University will publish an independent, peer-reviewed publication, the Asian Journal of Law and Society (AsianJLS).

AsianJLS promises to encourage empirical and multi-disciplinary research in law and its relationship with society in Asia. The journal will present research that brings an Asian perspective to socio-legal issues of global concern, or that which uses Asia as a starting point for a comparative exploration of topics in law and society.

AsianJLS will initially publish two issues a year with the first issue expected in Spring 2014.
