SAGE becomes Transfer Compliant

SAGE has become Transfer Compliant by signing the UKSG Project Transfer Code of Practice. The Code, launched at last month’s UKSG Annual Conference, sets out guidelines to improve how journals are transferred between publishers.

Any journal transfers from January 2008 must meet a set of approved standards, including maintaining ongoing access to journal content after a journal has transferred and the timely provision of subscriber lists, title-related URLs and DOIs.
