Publishing Technology lists on AIM

The new publishing services company formed from the merger of Ingenta and VISTA International will be listed on the AIM stock exchange from tomorrow.

The two companies merged earlier this month to form Publishing Technology. The merger was accompanied by a funding round which included institutional shareholders and the directors and raised £1.5 million. Publishing Technology says that it is also looking at acquisitions in complementary publishing suppliers in the publishing and information sectors in Europe and North America.
