Sales and marketing service provider Publishers Communication Group (PCG) and information supply chain consultancy Ringgold have announced a partnership. The two firms are combining their expertise to offer the Targeted Institutional Sales Program, which they say will provide authoritative data and proven sales tactics for publishers seeking new inroads to library markets around the world.

Ringgold enables publishers of scholarly and professional content to analyse their subscriber base and target prospects in the wider market with the Identify database. PCG provides sales and marketing consulting. The new service brings together Ringgold’s authoritative market data and PCG’s local sales and language expertise.
