New managing director, Japan for Clarivate Analytics

Clarivate Analytics has welcomed Timothy Neely to the company as managing director, Japan, to focus on driving growth through key accounts in the academic, corporate and pharmaceutical industries.

Located in the Clarivate Analytics office in Tokyo, and working closely with team members across Asia Pacific and globally, Neely brings more than 25 years of experience to the role. Most recently, he served as partner at KPMG and he has held several leadership positions at companies including IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers.   

He said: ‘I’m very pleased to join Clarivate Analytics to accelerate growth in Japan working alongside talented employees. Currently, the value of data is very important for any innovation in Japan. It applies for education, corporate and new drug development.
