Kazakhstan researchers get Web of Knowledge

Thomson Reuters has announced a three-year national agreement with the Republic of Kazakhstan’s National Center for Scientific and Technical Information. The deal will bring Web of Knowledge to 322 academic, research and government institutions across the country. The agreement is the largest for Thomson Reuters Web of Knowledge platform in Central Asia. 

'Working with a global leader like Thomson Reuters, is undoubtedly a significant step to the development not only for the National Center for Scientific and Technical Information, but also to Kazakhstan science as a whole. Such cooperation ensures closer integration into the international research system,' commented Yerbol Zinaddinovich Suleimenov, president of the National Center for Scientific and Technical Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
