IOS Press and NSTL (China's National Science and Technology Library) have signed a three-year contract for the access to all IOS electronic publications. The deal follows a review of usage by the Chinese library users, which showed that the IOS collection was frequently accessed and became increasingly popular over time. The deal was helped by Swets.

A spokesperson for NSTL commented, 'NSTL is impressed with the quality of the IOS content and is convinced that the IOS publications will be of great benefit to the academic users.'
