The Institution of Civil Engineers selects PCG

Publishers Communication Group (PCG) has been selected by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), and its subsidiary Thomas Telford Publishing, to manage its relationships and increase penetration in the North American library market. PCG will recruit and manage a sales representative to develop opportunities for ICE’s collection of leading civil engineering and construction journals.
