The Escondido Public Library & Technology Center (EPLTC) in San Diego, CA, USA, has selected the Sierra Library Services Platform from Innovative Interfaces. The library holds over 160,000 titles and circulates over 750,000 items each year. It is migrating from a Horizon system provided by SirsiDynix.

'Serving public library users requires a technology platform that enables maximum discovery of all kinds of materials, opens the possibilities of mobile-device services, and delivers efficient staff workflows,' said VP of product management at Innovative, Brad Jung. 'We are pleased that EPLTC has joined a growing roster of public libraries that have selected Sierra as their next-generation platform.'
