CCC signs agreement with Chinese STM publisher

Copyright Clearance Center (CCC), a not-for-profit organisation that provides licensing solutions, has announced an agreement with Science Press, a large publisher of STM journals and books in China.
Science Press joins The Journal of Chinese Integrated Medicine, Beijing Forestry University and Baishibeng Publishing Group as Chinese publishers using CCC’s core services for content licensing.
The Science Press agreement was brokered by The Charlesworth Group, which CCC recently hired to expand its services into Chinese language rights licensing and to help Chinese publishers reach new global secondary rights markets and better understand copyright and licensing opportunities.
