AirPAC for smartphones now in 70 libraries

More than 70 libraries around the world are now using AirPAC for Smartphones from Innovative Interfaces to extend their service to mobile devices. The product has been implemented in several languages and is said to be optimised for the Blackberry Storm, iPhone, Motorola Droid, and more.

AirPAC for Smartphones provides library patrons with quick access to the Millennium ILS catalogue and self-service features, among other things. Libraries that recently went live with AirPAC for Smartphones include: HELIN [Higher Education Library Information Network Library] Consortium (RI), Indiana Wesleyan University (IN), San Francisco Public Library (CA), Universidad de Cadiz (Spain), University of Colorado at Boulder (CO), University of Johannesburg (South Africa), University of Wollongong (Australia), and The American University in Cairo, the first customer in Egypt.

AirPAC for Smartphones is a free enhancement for Innovative libraries that currently have the classic AirPAC product for mobile phones.
