ADA makes agreement with Conference Archives
The American Diabetes Association (ADA) has reached an agreement with Conference Archives (CAI) to deliver the ADA’s event knowledge to a global audience through Ekatius.
The event knowledge to be aggregated and disseminated through Ekatius will include abstracts, posters, and oral presentations captured from the ADA’s annual scientific sessions meeting held in June each year, as well as ADA research symposia and postgraduate courses held throughout the year.
The Ekatius platform has advanced search functionalities that allow users to search for event knowledge – abstracts, posters, and oral presentations from a meeting - either within a specific event or across several events. Additionally, secure online workgroup functionalities in Ekatius facilitate communication and collaboration.
In combination with the cardiology event knowledge in Ekatius, the addition of ADA event knowledge provides clinicians, researchers, and students around the globe with a cross-disciplinary view of latest advancements, science, and research focused on diabetes and cardiovascular disease. These two disease states are associated with a high incidence of morbidity and mortality affecting millions of people in both developed and developing countries.
