Springer Nature content integrated into OpenEvidence under new agreement
Springer Nature has announced a new subscription agreement with OpenEvidence that will make its peer-reviewed scientific and medical content available through the AI-powered clinical decision support platform.
The agreement enables physicians using OpenEvidence to retrieve and cite Springer Nature content while treating patients, giving healthcare professionals access to trusted research at the point of care through a platform already embedded in many clinical workflows.
The partnership also forms part of Springer Nature’s community-led ARC3 framework, which is designed to support responsible access to research while ensuring appropriate attribution to authors and links back to the original published source.

Under the agreement, clinicians will be able to access peer-reviewed research from Springer Nature directly within OpenEvidence, helping them incorporate the latest scientific and medical evidence into patient care without leaving the platform.

Springer Nature said the agreement will also benefit researchers by increasing the visibility and use of their work, while ensuring content is accessed within a framework that provides attribution and directs users back to the original source.
