Organisers of the Researcher to Reader Conference in February have announced that the Call for Papers closes this Friday, 23 August.

Proposers are invited to provide an abstract (50 to 100 words) and a fuller description (100 to 250 words).

The event's advisory board is also inviting proposals for workshops, presentations, panels and debates, and is also seeking experienced facilitators to help lead workshops. Organiser Mark Carden said: 'We are particularly seeking proposals from librarians, researchers, editors and funders, from people based outside the UK, and from under-represented demographics.'

Further information on the planned themes and session formats for the conference, as well as a proposal form, are available at www.R2RConf.com. The event, on 24 and 25 February, will be held at BMA House in central London.
