Certification for Librarians Program

Librarians are being the chance to certify their skills while learning more about Mendeley and qualifying for a free upgrade for the company's products, for up to 500 users.

The company has launched its 'Certification for Librarians Program', which it describes as a 'structured, self-paced, self-study program' that takes between 15 and 20 hours to complete.

The program is divided into three levels. After level one institutes receive a premium upgrade for their personal Mendeley account, giving access to advanced features and increased storage/group capabilities.

After level two, US$250 worth of promotional material becomes available, and after level three up to 500 users at each institute can benefit from an upgraded Mendeley account.
