RedLink, a provider of business analytics to academic publishers, and PubFactory, an award-winning online publishing platform and home to a diverse range of publishers, will fully integrate to deliver a  suite of sales analytics and visualisation tools.

RedLink’s integration with PubFactory will enable  publishers on PubFactory to take full advantage of the BI solution and the actionable insights that it provides, including real-time dashboard views of usage data, pay-per-view traffic and user access patterns to set sales strategy for revenue growth and establish business plans to future-proof their sales and marketing operations.

Deepika Bajaj, vice president of publisher relations for RedLink, said: 'We are extremely excited about our integration with the PubFactory platform. It has been a pleasure working with the Safari Client Services Team. As partners, we have a common goal to create value for our customers with the integration of our BI solution and their online hosting platform.

'The integration with PubFactory is in sync with RedLink’s goal to develop solutions that can be easily adapted across publisher platforms to offer flexibility to publishers, to create the best user experience possible, and to increase propagation dissemination of their content.'

'As a publisher-owned business and a service provider, Safari is acutely aware that platform technology is no longer just about bringing content online. Beyond best in class technology and dedication to great customer service, it's about empowering publishers with analytic tools to support data driven decisions and enable their success.

'Our platform-wide integration with RedLink is a key strategic investment in our larger metrics roadmap. We are excited to provide this sales insights tool to our existing and all new PubFactory clients, and especially to De Gruyter who will be the first to launch a PubFactory integration with RedLink,' said José Fossi, vice president of operations for Safari.
