Springer has signed a deal with the Förderkreis Gründungs-Forschung (FGF), the foremost organisation of professors of entrepreneurship and small business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, to publish a new series entitled FGF Studies in Small Business and Entrepreneurship.

Springer says the series strengthens it’s portfolio of business publications, as well as the reach of the work of FGF members.

'We are pleased to be working with Springer, a publisher known for its high quality content and its international reach,' said Andreas Kuckertz, member of the steering committee of the FGF. 'We are excited for the opportunities this new partnership brings to us. It will be an excellent platform to showcase the important work of our researchers, and extend our core mission to promote independent entrepreneurship.'

Prashanth Mahagaonkar, business and economics editor at Springer, added: 'FGF Studies in Small Business and Entrepreneurship is a valuable addition to Springer’s portfolio of publications in these fields. Through the presentation of timely research from across the globe, using a wide-variety of methodologies, this series will help guide relevant policy directives useful for the 21st century economy.'
